Mobile distribution and payments
Nalko is intended for distribution through Apple App Store and Google Play. A version is only publicly available after it has actually been published on the relevant store. The showcase website does not offer direct web payments.
When available, in-app purchases and subscriptions are made in the mobile app through Apple or Google. RevenueCat may be used to verify premium rights and synchronize subscription status.
Intellectual property and user content
Except for the third-party elements identified below, Nalko-owned trademarks, text, interfaces, visuals, logos, databases, and software are protected by intellectual property law.
Nalko uses Open Food Facts information under ODbL 1.0, database contents under DbCL 1.0, and product images under CC BY-SA 3.0. Anses-Ciqual 2025 data is reused under CC BY 4.0 and the Etalab Open License 2.0.
Users retain any rights they hold in content they submit. Personal data is not transferred as property and is processed under the Privacy Policy. Nalko receives only the permissions required to host, back up, synchronize, display, and secure that content as part of the service.
When users voluntarily publish content accessible to others, they represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions and grant Nalko, for as long as the content is made available, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, technically reproduce, display, and share it solely to provide the service. This license does not deprive users of their rights in the content.
Applicable law and disputes
This legal notice is governed by French law. In case of dispute, competent courts will be determined according to applicable procedural rules.
Before using an out-of-court dispute process, a written complaint may be sent to contact@shredy.app.
The European online dispute resolution platform closed on July 20, 2025. The European Commission now publishes a directory of recognized out-of-court dispute resolution bodies: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
