How to request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your data.

Exercise your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data where applicable.
To exercise a right, write to contact@shredy.app from the email linked to your account, or use the available app features.
Information to provide
Specify the right you want to exercise, the account email, and any useful information to identify the request. Identity verification may be required if the request creates a confidentiality risk.
Account deletion
Account deletion removes the server account, revokes authentication tokens, and signs the app out. The app then returns to the start screen.
Deletion also requests deletion of the RevenueCat customer where the platform permits it. Purchase events and audit logs needed for accounting, security, fraud prevention, or legal claims may remain in pseudonymous form.
Data stored only on your device can be removed by deleting the app or resetting local data.
Subscription and stores
Deleting a Nalko account does not always replace cancellation of an active Apple or Google subscription. If you have an active mobile subscription, you must also manage it from your App Store or Google Play account.
Response time
Nalko responds within one month after receiving a complete request. This period may be extended in GDPR cases, especially for complex or numerous requests.
Complaint
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
