Conditions applicable to Nalko subscriptions and in-app purchases made exclusively from the mobile app.

These Terms of Sale apply to in-app purchases, subscriptions, free trials, promotional offers, and premium access offered in the Nalko mobile app.
No payment is collected directly on the showcase website. Payments are made exclusively in the mobile app through Apple App Store or Google Play.
The service is published by Bastien Vanhove EI, SIRET 99104592300018, VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Nalko may offer limited free access and premium offers, including monthly, annual, promotional, or lifetime purchases when available in the store.
Included features, prices, taxes, trials, durations, and renewal conditions are shown in the app and in the Apple or Google payment sheet before purchase confirmation.
Payment is processed by Apple or Google depending on the platform. Nalko does not collect card information.
RevenueCat may be used to display offers, verify purchases, restore purchases, and synchronize premium status with the Nalko backend.
The order is confirmed when the store validates payment or free trial activation.
Subscriptions may renew automatically according to App Store or Google Play rules. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions from their Apple or Google account settings.
Cancellation must be made before the renewal date shown by the platform. After cancellation, premium access remains available until the end of the already paid period, except where a refund, withdrawal, or another mandatory rule applies.
Nalko may offer free trials or promotional offers. Unless the store states otherwise, the free trial converts to a paid subscription if the user does not cancel before the trial ends.
The technical and commercial terms shown by Apple or Google for the relevant offer apply within their scope. They do not deprive consumers of mandatory rights or release Nalko from its legal obligations.
Depending on the offer and the store’s contractual framework, consumers may have the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period applicable to distance contracts. Immediate access alone does not waive that right.
Loss or exclusion of the withdrawal right only occurs in the cases and under the conditions provided by law, including prior express consent and express waiver where those formalities are required to begin supplying digital content before the end of the period.
For an Apple purchase, a refund request is made through Apple’s procedure, including reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Google Play purchase, it may be sent to Google or Nalko support; Nalko can process a refund through Google Play where the platform permits. These procedures do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content and services under Articles L. 224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code.
For a one-off supply, it covers conformity defects appearing within two years after supply. For continuous supply, it applies throughout the contractual supply period. Conformity must be restored free of charge, without undue delay, and without major inconvenience; otherwise, remedies provided by law, including an applicable price reduction or contract termination, remain available.
Prices are displayed in the currency and with taxes applicable through the store, country, and user account. Apple or Google issues payment receipts according to its own rules.
Nalko may keep technical traces of purchases or subscriptions to verify premium rights and comply with legal obligations.
Nalko may suspend premium access or an account in case of fraud, payment system bypass, abusive chargeback, identity theft, or Terms violation.
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer rules and Apple App Store or Google Play conditions.
Nothing in these Terms or in any store rule limits mandatory consumer rights or Nalko’s legal obligations.
