Read a two-to-four-week trend, not one decimal point

If the percentage rises while average weight and waist remain stable, repeat the tape measurements before changing food or training. Combine weight, waist, and performance without creating an aesthetic verdict
The useful decision depends on the goal. During fat loss, a gradual reduction in average weight or waist with broadly maintained performance may support the plan. During muscle gain, progress in the gym and a controlled body-weight trend add context the percentage cannot provide. During maintenance, stable measurements can be a valid outcome.
No body-fat threshold is a compulsory definition of health, attractiveness, or personal worth. Do not use the calculator to accuse someone of drug use, declare a natural limit, or pursue extreme leanness. Eating disorders, dizziness, rapid loss, pregnancy, illness, or clinical concerns take priority over optimizing a percentage and deserve qualified support.
